I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or weighed down by past experiences that still show up in daily life. You may look like you’re “doing fine” on the outside, but inside feel exhausted, on edge, or disconnected from yourself.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and women’s health concerns, including life transitions, motherhood, identity shifts, and stress related to relationships or caregiving roles. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand your nervous system, develop tools to manage anxiety and emotional overwhelm, and gently process experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches and emphasize building insight, resilience, and a sense of self-trust.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do this alone. If you’re looking for support that feels validating, grounded, and focused on real change, I’d be honored to work with you.

Hi there! I am Lindsey.
