I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with school-aged children and adolescents. I’m passionate about helping kids and teens build confidence, resilience, and a more positive outlook on life.
In my work, I focus on creating a supportive and safe space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered. I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to help each child recognize their strengths and feel more confident in themselves—both now and as they grow.
I’m passionate about helping young people believe in themselves and find the strength to keep moving forward—even when life feels hard. I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, peer conflicts, self-esteem, ADHD, and suicide prevention. My approach is always rooted in compassion, encouragement, and meeting kids where they are emotionally and spiritually.
Currently, I provide school-based services at Newport Intermediate and also work part-time in private practice at our Girard location. It’s a privilege to support children and teens as they navigate life’s ups and downs—and to remind them they’re never alone in the process.
I love running therapeutic groups with elementary-aged kids and teens. I lead groups at Newport Intermediate School and also run groups at Girard, helping students connect, express themselves, and build skills for handling life’s challenges.
