A woman with curly red hair, glasses, and a smile, sitting on a beige armchair in a cozy, well-decorated room. She is wearing a black outfit with an olive green jacket, and her black shoes are on the floor. She has one leg crossed over the other, with her foot resting on the chair, and her shoes are placed on the floor nearby. There is a small round wooden side table with a plant, a glass, and decorative object next to her a patterned wall mural background, and a bookshelf with books and framed photos.

Hi there! I am Heidi.

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate with a deep passion for helping people feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self and feel truly heard.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, communication struggles, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women through the unique emotional and mental health challenges that can accompany different seasons of life, including transitions into motherhood, postpartum adjustment, changes in identity and relationships, perimenopause, menopause, and other experiences related to women’s health and well-being.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to find what fits best for you and your unique needs. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and incorporate its principles when working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I believe healing begins with trust, and I strive to build that trust through warmth, empathy, and authenticity. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, adjusting to a new stage of life, or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, resilience, and growth.
