A woman with long wavy blonde hair wearing glasses, a black long sleeve shirt, and jeans, sitting on a beige chair in a room with a yellowish wall decorated with three rectangular sound panels. There is a small white shelf with plush toys and a brown basket next to her.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northern Kentucky University. My approach to therapy is client-centered and compassionate, and I truly believe that building a strong rapport is key to our work together.

I have experience supporting teens, adults, and families through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I draw from several evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and ACT to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

I’m here to meet you wherever you are in your journey and collaborate with you to improve your day-to-day quality of life. Together, we’ll work toward growth, healing, and greater well-being.
